Hello, hello, and good afternoon everyone ~ Before saying anything else I just want to say thank you for the interest in this tiny little tcg. We've had a great first week and I'm seeing so many familiar names it made me a little nostalgic for a moment. I can't believe I've been in and out of the general tcg community for almost a decade now. And I know this time of the year isn't really big on tcg activity, so once again, thanks for taking the time to join and check us out

I'm glad that the update freebies script seems to be working smoothly (unlike the donation script *cough cough* *cough* but I had a feeling that would happen since I tried to brute force that script ^^;). I'll get around to fixing the donation script, but it's not a high priority for me at the moment since uploading the donations and sending out the prizes doesn't take much effort on my part. I'm just super lazy which is why I wanted to write a script for it :P

Speaking of donations, we've got two new super gorgeous badge sets courtesy of Cami and Maron and a set of breathtaking buttons from Samichan ♥ Thanks so much

Moving onto things sent out this week: everyone should have received their weekly snowball freebies in their prize claim. You'll get this every week until you level past Level Five. So technically you can sit at Level Five until you reach Level Ten for a guaranteed 5 snowballs every week x')

Bonus deck suggestion rewards have also been sent out for those who suggested decks before we officially opened. Which brings me to a question regarding when to send out the current bonus deck suggestion rewards, but I'll list that at the end of this post.

As for the deck suggestions themselves, thank you, thank you, and thank you for sending in all your lovely suggestions! You guys are amazing. I'm going to slowly work my way through them. The limiting factor for me when it comes to churning out decks is the image editing part. There are days when I open Photoshop and it seems that I've been hit with the colour muse and I'm a colour wizard. Then there are days when I'm just "-stares off into space- what even is colour? what even are adjustments? how do you normalize colours? what even is colour theory? -fwomp-" Then I go off to watch One Piece … to erm, get inspiration, not to procrastinate, not at all -shifty side eyes-

Anyhow, I'll try to get through at least 10 suggestions each week. And from now until we reach 175 decks, I'll be doing weekly deck releases with the top 2–3 voted decks, the next 2–3 decks in the order the suggestions arrived, and the next 1–3 decks randomly chosen. Generally I want to release 6–8 decks each week in the upcoming weeks. I was thinking of releasing more this week but since Mother's Day is tomorrow I wanted to give you a few choice cards in this week's update freebies C:

1. Bonus Deck Suggestion Rewards: Would you prefer it if I sent these out weekly or at the end, when the bonus reward suggesting period is over? I don't mind either way, so I figure I'll leave it up to ya'll to decide
2. Easy Updates: Is there anything I can do / write or edit a script for that'll make updating a little less time consuming for you?
3. Not Really a Question: I just wanted to thank everyone again for joining and making this first week a success Also I have a bad case of reading and not replying to emails sometimes, especially if I check the email on my "non-tcg" computer but I promise you you'll get a reply within the week.
